In person therapy is delivered from a central, safe and comfortable environment. This neutral space can help to take you away from daily life, offering a more focused surrounding.

Online
Online therapy allows you to connect with me from the comfort of your own home or confidential space. This is helpful if you have a busy schedule and eliminates any travel requirements. It may also help you feel more relaxed than meeting in a therapy room.

Groupwork
Group therapy has shown to be very effective for the treatment of many mental disorders. Courses are run online. Group sizes vary from a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 12.
